Wire EDM is a method to cut conductive materials with a thin wire electrode that follows a programmed path.

Machining Capacity:

EDM is required for: Tight tolerances; Difficult to Machine or Hard Materials; Difficult geometry and/or 3D shapes; Burr Free Manufacturing; Low stress on materials. Our Sinker EDM includes a "C" axis to allow for helical burns.

VMC (Vertical Machining Center) for cost effective machining from simple jobs to complex machining needs — everything from basic block to 3D milling, we’ve got you covered.

Machining Capacity:

• 14″ X 27″ with pallets to allow for large size cutting and unattended, overnight cutting.
• 16″ X 20″ w/ 4th axis for special contouring and part weights up to 400 lbs.

CNC Lathe — with "live tools" enhances our productivity through fewer setups.

Machining Capacity: We have turned aluminum investment casting molds up to 16″ in diameter and lengths up to 24″. With "live" tools and "C" axis we can also machine on the face and outside of the turned part.

Grinding – OD/ID (Outer Diameter/Inner Diameter) — With a universal ID/OD grinder we can grind to tolerances of ± .0001 of both diameters and faces in a single setup.

• Length up to 14″

Grinding – Jig — Our Moore #3 Jig Grinder gives us the ultimate in grinding accuracy for precision holes and location. We easily maintain tolerance of .0001″ on diameters from .030″ to 4.000″.
